We didn’t realize all of the talents that an excellent agent brings from helping a couple make big life decisions, knowing how to present a house at its best to referring us to really good people (plumbers, contractors, etc.)… Most of all it was a pleasure to work with such a warm person.
My husband and I have worked with many realtors over the years, but far and away the best has been Constance Cervone. We worked with her to sell two houses and both experiences were outstanding.
